We are currently seeking an experience Senior Planner, that enjoys tender planning and project planning. This position will be 60% tender planning, 40% site planning.

You will cover the whole of the midlands area and work in a team of 4 other planners. You will cover an area from Chester to Leicester, to Northampton to Birmingham, so a willingness to travel is a must.

This business covers all construction build projects except housing, so a varied background of building projects would be an advantage.

We are looking for a person with at least 5+ years working as a Planner for a main contractor. You may also come from a commercial management or project management background.

Experience of being the main planner on projects with a value of £20m or higher.

Effective communication skills and solid experience on large scale construction projects.
Expert user of ASTA Powerproject software is important.

Circa £60-70k salary as guideline.
