We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner for a well-known and respected construction business. As the business continues to grow and win more exciting complex residential and mixed use projects (in excess of £30 million in value), they want to add another Senior Planner to their team, someone that can lead and develop the department and liaise with the company’s management team to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Located in North London, this position will be involved in delivering residential projects up to £30m in value across London and the South East.

This position will suit a person that is independent, self-motivated, and that can work as part of a team and understands the full lifecycle of a construction project.

Essential requirements

Experience working in the construction sector, specifically on complex residential and mixed use projects (in excess of £30 million in value).

Able to manage multiple projects.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar position.

Relevant Degree or Higher Level Qualification

Asta Powerproject usage.

Must be keen and enthusiastic.

Must be a team player.

Willingness to travel around London and the South East.


Salary on offer is between £75-95,000 per annum, plus a marketing leading benefits package for the right person.

Car or car allowance, Bupa after probation, 5% company pension contribution after probation, 26 days holiday.
